Sep 25, 2004· 1,921 Posts. 12 · Sep 24, 2004. Nope, OBDII was introduced in 1995 with my Blazer and But it only has 2 O2 sensors. One before and one after the CAT. The 1996+ have a more advanced version of the OBDII with 4 O2 sensors.
